A tiny albino tiefling does stick banners to bulletin board and informs Sshamath and Mist Lake vendors that he's interested in items that allow wizards to cast more spells a cycle.
The particular preference is shown towards:
Items with multiple spellslots from circle one to circle five.
Items that allow to cast more 7th or 8th circle spells (or both).
He does already possess goggles and an amulet with multiple spellslot additions, thus he states he is looking for gear except for amulet/headwear.
He is totally not interested in items granting 6th circle spells.
He does consider both trade and gold in return for such gear, all offers will be answered.
