New HDM: Ghost!

With HDMs Summerbreeze and Boo retiring (if we let them <.<), the DM team has been in need of a new HDM to step up. The DM and admin teams have discussed this and decided on DM Ghost. He has a long history of DMing on the server, is very knowledgeable on FR lore, very active, and always ready to help with player questions and requests.
Please join me in welcoming Ghost to the position of HDM. Congratulations! Don't haunt the players too much.
