The young cleric Justin places a note hanging on the board at Friendly Arms Inn:
A few days ago, I have found quite a valuable item on the ground at a specific location.
I have looked around and waited there for a while, then searched the vicinity. When I couldn't find the owner, I took it for safe keeping.
I will give this powerful magical item to the person who can tell me the details of this item, and where I found it.
