Financial update

Hi all,

As you know, there have been some issues with Paypal. The last update is that, since I can't offer up information on the "business" BG, they've frozen the account. That means we can't access the funds for half a year.

As an alternative I've set up Patreon, as you can now see in the header (sorry for the ugly button). I fear this might only be a band aid, but this will work for now (I hope). In the meanwhile, I've made sure that the server remains being paid, so there's no worry there (except that I have to manually do that now, each month... which caused the forum to be suspended for a couple of hours earlier this week).

Anyway, I'm hoping we can make due with Patreon for now.

What do the patreon tiers mean? I assume that's just stock tiers until you edit them. Right now it says Patreons of different support levels get early access to content and also voting power.

Just to clarify, the tiers and rewards given per tier are currently just set up to default patreon settings. BGTSCC is not offering any of the rewards currently listed at this time and they should be ignored.

If we ever decide to actually offer anything for higher tiers, we will announce that. For now, it's just how much you're willing to donate.
