Dynamic Encounter Debugging

Now that the new patch is live, you may occasionally encounter messages of a format something like this:
DEBUGGING: Failed to do so-and-so for this-and-that encounter for area [somewhere]. Please report this to the developers.
I've put a bunch of these messages into the dynamic encounter system to help figure out why a lot of encounters never seem to occur, or never seem to
work. This thread is here to try to gather all the information into a single centralized location - if you run into something like that, please post the exact message here.

Wood of Sharp Teeth, did not see any enemies beside the 3 orc that is a trigger spawn at the chest, orc's inside the cave do spawn.

1) This is off-topic. I'm debugging dynamic encounters (like those rescue quests you sometimes find at Candlekeep), not the MMO spawner.
2) This should have been fixed by the hotfix. Are you saying the MMO spawner is still broken now?

After i was inside the orc cave, looting and doing quest, things was normal when i came out in The Woods of Sharp Teeth, and normal spawns it seemed.

Please only post here if you got some message into your combat log about wrong spawns etc (something similar to what Dalo mentions in his first post).
mmospawner being broken is not related to dynamic spawns even though it is broken a bit at the moment.

I already explained that, don't worry. (Plus, I technically did ask if it happened
after the hotfix, in case we hadn't managed to fix the MMO spawner.)
