Snake's Swiftness

Good day,
This spell is not applying the 1 extra attack per the Haste spell, although it's supposed to mimic the Haste spell. It only provides +1 AC, and +1 AB.
It also cannot be extended for some reason?

I made a suggestion a rather long time ago that if there was any candidate for a Feat-Spell, it is this one. It was only ever useful as a way for druids to get perma-haste when combined with persistent spell (which BGTSCC does not have).
There are other spells, particularly some of the custom paladin and ranger weapon spells, which become a reusable feat when cast, allowing you to utilise the ability as long as you have the spell memorised. Snake's Swiftness and it's 3rd level party version, Mass Snake's Swiftness, is a perfect candidate for this: a 1 round haste which should be an instantaneous feat-spell which can be used an unlimited number of times with a cooldown of 10 rounds or something, as long as the spell slot remains memorised.
Otherwise it's not even worth having in your mage spell book!

I wonder if True Strike might also be a good fit for featspell conversion...

The problem with this is what do you do with classes that get the spell 2x day (e.g. dragonslayer) -- reduce the cooldown?
A spell like True Strike is actually quite powerful (+20 AB, even if it's only for 6 seconds) so if it were changed to a Feat-Spell, it's cooldown should be quite long (at least 3 minutes, preferably something more like 5 mins). A class like Dragonslayer or perhaps Level 10 Arcane Archer & 10 Assassin should receive significantly reduced cooldowns if this were to be implemented as a Feat-Spell.
