Shield Slam

I have done some testing with EasternCheese.
To get finally answers after two years since i began to play here.
Shield slam daze prevents move, actions, makes you vulnerable to sneaks (confirmed).
It cannot be used without shield bash turned on! (missing info)
This custom daze seems not subject to any ward immunities.
could someone update wiki?
