A small note is left at the merchants bulletin board at the Friendly Arm Inn, the note in question is a yellow parchment with a message written with blue ink.
"I hereby decree that I am looking to acquire a set of full plate made out of mithril and fitted properly for combat, I am not looking for a ceremonial armor, reply here with a place and time to meet if you are making serious offers"
