Silverstar Low Light Vision

So, haven't seen this talked about before, but the level 2 Silverstar should get Low Light Vision as per the wiki:

When leveling, I got the feat, however after transitioning servers or reloging back in, I loose the feat. When I level in silverstar, I regain the feat again, only to loose it the next time I log back in.

Not sure why this would be happening but I have a theory.

I took the human subrace of Damaran, using the NPCs. When granted the low light feat from the class, it got put under racial feats, and I am wondering if somehow those are conflicting, so when I log in and it does the validation check, it is getting removed for some reason?

I'm currently a level 9 silverstar, and will gain my last level in 2 levels at 29. Not sure if I should hold off asking a DM to give it to me after I get my last level or what can be done about the issue of loosing the feat.
