Heya

Returned yesterday after well over a year away due to illness.

I figured it would make IC sense if I went over Fenia's appearance(read attire) since she's been away for so long.

Pulled off my headgear(A hood) and found her hair-style changed as well as the color. ?

Is this a bug? Is there a fix that does not involve saving her exp and remaking her, with (fun person) exp-loss?

I am quite baffled, since I have never experienced this sort of thing before.

There have been some changes to hair haks. Some hairs changing position, others removed to make room for new hairs.

You can change your hair without needing to RCR by using the !:hair service. Details here: viewtopic.php?p=910696#p910696
