Losses From Auction House

Hello,
I am not sure if this is where I am supposed to post this and I know the Auction House is still BETA?
I sell druid potions on a regular basis. I have lost potions before, but in the last couple weeks, I have lost at least four stacks of potions for sale in the auction house. I am wondering if this is a glitch, you sell at your own peril, or something else.
Any information is appreciated.
TPK.

Sadly it is basically use at your own risk. Do not trust it with your children.

Is this actually true? Is it the official position of the Staff that missing auction items due to server-glitches are "sorry for your loss" you assumed all risk when using the Auction?
Muling is at your own risk. Stashing equipment in a campfire is at your own risk. But using the Auction? Does the player assume all risk for conditions outside of their control?
I opine this is not the official position since I have read Staff comments on the forum that items can be replaced given ample proof, etc. This means there is a burden of proof before action is taken, which is not the same as "sorry for you loss".
Cheers!

I can only speak for how it generally is in practice. I make no claim to what is the actual staff position. There's a reason the auction house comes with a lengthy disclaimer right there when you open it. Stuff you can prove has been lost will surely be reimbursed, but due to the fact that there's inherent risk in its use, it remains largely use at your own risk.
