Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I was wondering if we can make a water domain/cold domain ability for aurilites that uses the same animations as Storm of Vengeance, but instead of acid damage and lightning damage, cold damage. However, instead of stun effect, you hit with a slow effect? 9th level spell in those domains.

Forgot to mention, the spell is based on ritual performed by Auril clergy near the end of winter.

It would be possible to implement Cold domain's pnp spell of obedient avalanche and give it that instead of Burst of Glacial Cold.
