RC Caravan at KH

There is no dialogue with the RC Caravan NPC at Kraak Helzaak.

This is an unfortunate bug that is still being worked on. Its affects all of the NPC's on server 2 for some reason.

Since it't not a separate issue, but a part of S2 dialogue issue in general, i close this one.
