Hair, head, and makeover commands not working

I've been trying to use the hair, head, and makeover commands on my main, but nothing seems to work. I followed the tutorial on https://www.bgtscc.net/viewtopic.php?f= ... er#p931303 several times, I have also tried to wait until after server reset with no luck. The weird thing is if I create a new character and try to use the commands they works just fine.
