Primal Speed Spell

For rangers, its not currently lasting 24hrs and the spell description hasn't changed per the new update notes.

Same for druids.
Also storm of vengance got instantly cancelled the two times I cast it on my druid.

Rhifox reverted the duration prior to the update, pending discussion on parity to Longstrider and possible spell-level changes.
The duration is not included in the update notes themselves (just prior discussions).
