Changes to Spellcasters and Epic Spells

				Let me begin by saying that I love these recent changes that make epic spells a worthwhile investment in terms of epic feats. However, this massively changes the way a spellcaster can be built; could we not have a short 100% RCR window to benefit from the new options without having to go back to the slow tedious grind that kills roleplay and fun, which is worse now after the changes made to XP etc from a few months ago?
