Hello Team!

I like the new forum tool that has been implemented, but I also think that there is room for improvement. Can we add a subsection to this so that we may view our open/closed requests and ping the DM team there? I think it would help with the organization and avoid unnecessary PMs requesting status updates.

On a side note: I think it would also be beneficial if a simple message such as "Thank you for your request - it is being discussed" would be sent from the DM team on receipt as well. I don't know about others, but having the "Read" message with no response in all forms of communication has always been a pet peeve of mine.

No, I legit agree. Someone also mentioned something like that today on discord, I think

But also we're limited to the forum's request plugin, but Zanniej did say he'd look if he can do a confirmation message on request being sent and stuff.

The current system is way better for DMs to not miss stuff, though in that we also have gotten a higher volume of stuff. But 100% agree that from the player side everything is a little too invisible. Like, after you send you arent even fully sure you sent it, its weird. Hopefully Zann can find a way to make that feel better

Is there a way to add more people to the notification as well?

For instance, if I do a request for my guild, if there's a reply, I'm the only one that gets it seems. I could be wrong, but if multiple people are coming together to make the request, how does the reply get to those multiple people other than the original requestor linking them in after the fact?

Bumping this request! While the DM Requests option is fantastic, I find I often still have to send a PM of the request so I remember what I have requested and what still needs to be answered. An option to view existing requests would be great!
