(Suggestion) New JEGs alternative Area for BGTSCC

Hello!
So, having a BGTSCC JEGs server was awesome. But let's be frank: it was/is a straight up PITA to maintain. And even worse, having only 1 person able to maintain it, is an unfair stress/responsibility/whatever.
Here is a suggestion to possibly bring back a JEGs-like "server," but make it far easier for everyone (by the gods, I hope so...but what do I know). I also can't take full credit for this idea, since it has been floated in passing many times before:
Just like QC has a special access Area and means by a Naming structure, create or allow the same for JEGs-like testing. From my armchair, what this means is creating the 2-3 Areas that are in JEGs, creating a name structure like "test_" must be in the Name of a new PC in order to enter the JEGs areas, and likely some form of "lock" script that would ban any "test_" named PC from getting out of the Nexus, or using the RCR NPC (or perhaps better yet, when a "test_X" named PC is created, a logon script IMMEDIATELY ports them to the Test Areas, completely bypassing the Nexus altogether, to prevent any shenanigans).
Sounds good? Feasible? Just trying to help out the new players get their ideas worked out before they realize the "pain" of badly building....
