Haven't played in over a year.
I select a character and disconnect from the server when loading.

Hello. I haven't played in 2 years, now I can't log into the server. I choose a character and a disconnect occurs. (

Sounds like an issue with the character file.
The best option I can think of is to
send a help request, and explain the problem there. Much higher chance of it getting noticed.
