- See Invis spells no longer spot the sensor for scrying. Warlock crawling eye can still be seen with see invis as it's a physical object.
This commit changed the stealth used by the Scrying Sensor to Improved Invisibility, which is still visible by See Invisibility.
To be actually undetected by See Invisibility, either EffectSanctuary or EffectEthereal would need to be used, though neither actually apperas to hide players from each other.
Use of EffectEthereal may also solve the interaction of intangible scrying sensors pinging on Alarm spells (that trigger due to Invisible creatures)

I was able to see it with blindsight as well.

Sorry, it's not something we can easily fix. There is no effect that we could apply that grants 100% protection from see invis/blindsight/true seeing.
I will toy around to see if it's possible to grant it some sneaking abilities, but that's the best we can do.
Can't promise it will be fast as we have quite a lot on our plate with upcoming patch, but i will try to find time and courage to work on it.

The intent of this change was to provide protection from See Invisibility, from my understanding (not from True Sight).
INVISIBILITY_TYPE_DARKNESS might also work (NWNlexicon reports that it is not detected by See Invisibility)
It already sits with 60+ Move Silently (though applying a proper EffectSilence might be better, and help prevent spellcasting).
