Suggestion: Attune Musical Instrument

Why let staff users have all the fun?!?
But seriously, with the amazing new mechanic of Attune Staff IG, it occurred to me that while BGTSCC has lots of instruments available with spell casting abilities, they all kinda are crap, because of CL limitations.
Is it like totally out of the realm of possibility, or...can I get a witness??

So, wouldn't it be just the coolest thing since sliced bread if Bards could attune a musical instrument to their CL and spell-desire, just as in Attune Staff?* All spellcasters now receive the Attune Staff feat. This feat can be used to allow you to use your own caster level when casting spells from a quarterstaff item. Attuned quarterstaffs cannot be traded until the attunement is removed. Only one quarterstaff can be attuned to you at any one time, and you may only make a single attempt at attuning a quarterstaff per reset. Paladins and rangers can only attune to one-half their caster level. If the staff has use limitations, you must make a DC 20 UMD check to attune the staff.
