Dusty Tome Sumon - locked for 200+ hours

I do not know if anything has changed since i have been away, but i tried to use a dusty tome and even though i passed the DC i got a message the the planar call is not being answered and that is locked for 207hours. Is that correct or something is bugged?

sounds like someone else currently has the lock on that particular summon, and you can bind it once they have not had it summoned for another 9 days or so.

To my knowledge, Unique summons are , well, Unique. So one summoner will have exclusive claim to that creature for some time after they last summoned it, but obviously the name can be shared - either by actually sharing, or the same name appearing in another Dusty Tome (Which I expect happened here).
