Need help, Favored soul no weapon spec

Hi, I need help getting the favored soul level 12 weapon spec. I have the weapon focus,
USER Name is GreenwolfMatherhorn
And Character name is: Thorinwolf Wayfare. Level 12 favored soul

Tested, FS really don't get weapon specialization with Tempus.
Adding to our tracker for Rhifox to fix.
