Darkness Spell (Conceals) triggers every log in

Every single time I log in, I have the darkness spell auto cast by my character.
I do not have the darkness spell, nor any ability to cast anything.
Opening spellbook causes an FPS drop and a crash.
Issue persists through server resets.
