Server down?

Is it on my end, or is the server down right now for everyone with the patch..?

So about 4+ hours ago I logged on to go test the new stuff out on south server, went to stab something, then the game lagged out in the same way it does when the server crashes, except it didn't crash. The server shows as offline for me, but players have been online in south server since then, and for the first hour or two after getting booted the game thought I was still logged into south server, because I got the "you're already logged in" message on north server which punted me.
I assume others are having this problem as well since the player count has steadily dropped from 64'ish to 25'ish?

Yes, south server just stopped responding while I was RCRing, and doesn't return a ping at all. North server still says I'm connected to the other and boots me on login. South server finally came back so I took a couple more levels of my RCR and then the same thing happened. No south server, north server thinks I'm still connected to the south server.

Server south is having some issues. It is being troubleshooted.
