100% RCR Glitch, didn't give full XP

I just RCR'd a level 24 fighter (Human.) Into the same race, Human, and ended up at level 22 instead of level 24.
Something broke. I dunno what, but here we are.

I checked the logs and looked into this but there doesn't seem to be any inconsistency between the amount you stored and the amount you withdrew, I think you might have just been mistaken about what level you were. I've sent you a PM with more information.
