Cavalier and LoH /Crusader

Is there any reason I am unaware of that the Cavalier Paladin Kit loses Lay on Hands? Turn Undead Loss, perfectly fine and makes sense at least mechanically but would it be possible to add LoH back as useable? To me LoH is an All Paladin ability and I do not see a reason as to why they would not have it.
Also the Crusader Kit on the wiki states needing a 13 wisdom requirement for crusader but IG it doesn't require such in game it is not required. Could the Wiki be updated to match IG?
