I have a Paladin that have all the Requirements takes it but i dont alow to it why not ?

Harper Scout why can't bard not take this prc it can get all the Harper Scout?
ps thes class sucks couse it dont have that much power to do much those 2 Favored Enemy it sould have Improved Favored Enemy to? One Favored Enemy and one
Improved Favored Enemy then it wil lbe a great prc can it be this wat what i have speak of?

I belive all those Harper prc could use some love after all.

The class does offer a lot in terms of skill, at least the harper mage. its a fine class imo
It was suggested in the Discord, i think Planehopper did so, to change the name of the class and adapt it for a more generalist class, i think it could be nice.
Due to the secrecy of the Harper's guild in our setting, it sometimes feels odd to have that class. Could be a spy of sorts, perhaps? All the feats are tied to a harper deity so that one may be tricky.
Also, i believe bards should take the Harper agent prc.

The scout was meant for divine spellcasters.
