Hi !

In the watercave I`m trying to gather mushrooms but each time it is a success

[Notice] DC: 30 Roll: 18 Skill: 34
[Notice] Total: 52
[Notice] Survival: Success - You pick a mushroom

but no mushrooms are adding up to my inventory :S

(yes I know some of them are not grown enough in case you ask but then the message is different and dont write "You pick a mushroom")

I tried to get rid of my old items from before patch like fongus and other herbs... I have even RCR my character... still on successfull roll that should give me a mushroom, they dont stack in my inventory. I get nothing from a success.

the bug is server side for sure

It might be related to the blueprints having been changed, as the on-use properties are herbal in nature rather than magical, and were listed as being unaffected by Wild-Magic due to their relatively mundane nature. This probably also explains why they don't stack (as the base items may in-fact be different)
