Born in Daggerford in 1338, Duncan came from a family of merchants who ran passenger and cargo caravan from Waterdeep and seasonally down to Baldur’s Gate. He grew up near the River Gate in the shadow of the Shipbuilder’s guild. From an early age he found himself following the call to things greater than himself. His family while reluctant to not have their oldest son follow in the family’s trade. Understood and supported his desire to follow the calling of Tyr. Where he spent a lot of his late childhood and teen years as a page then a squire to Paladins of Tyr at the Mosque of Tyr in Delimbiyr Vale.
Duncan now makes his way up and down the Tradeway. Hopping on Familiar Caravans, protecting travelers and refugees in these times of war. Clad in his dark charcoal grey plate armor with good accents of Tyr’s Scale and Hammer symbols on the pauldrons and on the brooch of his dark grey hooded cloak. He prefers dark colors as a sign of mourning for victims of injustice and penance. At his waist is a rod that when he wields it it becomes a large warhammer in his hands. On the other side he caries his own Lawgiving Book where he notes down injustices and crimes so that him or other Tyrians can right them. [\b]

Book of Judgements, 15 Eleasis 1358
I have been on the trail of a particular gang of rogues that have been praying on trade caravans and passenger caravans going through the tall grassy fields and roads leading from the Hamlet of Greenest south towards Nashkell . These areas are well known to be the prowling grounds of the Hound-faced Flings. A type of rather vicious Gnolls and a band of Ogrillons, spawn of Orcs and Ogres something I rather not picture in my mind.
I made my way through the fields. Clearing out small bands of Flinds and the Occasional Orgillon, using my Devine Smite to quickly put down the spell casting Ogrillons when they showed up. I looked for signs of where these bandits might operate.
With the Greenest Militia mostly staying close to the Hamlet, I believe these bandits grew comfortable worst yet, complacent. “Complacency Kills” my old Teacher used to say. It’s a Knight’s true nemesis. And today it would be the undoing of this small criminal gang. I followed the signs of wagon wheel ruts into a secluded cave. Once inside I was spotted right away. And I was charged by two rogues. “Surrender and live, resist and die” they drew weapons and started to close the gap. I raised my shield and just drove into them. The charging wall of steel knocking one on it’s rear. As my hammer came down blow after Blow. It’s accomplice started to flank me, his dual blades finding gaps in my defense. I switched my posture to a defensive posture. It made it harder to land blows but it was enough to keep the blades from landing. Soon I was able to render Tyr’s judgement upon them for their crimes. They won’t prey on others again. The commotion must had alerted others as 3 more Rogues came at me. I raised my shield and I rushed at the best equipped one. I didn’t knock him down but I was able to disarm him as the battle took place before a few Devine powered Smites send his wicked soul screaming into the wall. Once they where down. I cataloged the stolen goods and searched for any captives. I then walked back to Greennest and reported the location of the cave and the stolen goods to the Militia.
