Create Diversion

The AoE bluff/hide check from create diversion is firing on dead enemy corpses -- meaning dead enemies are granted a chance to stop your hiding attempt.

Bumping in the hopes that there's some simple IsAlive flag that can be easily checked by the script make it an easy fix.
