following the steps in this thread, retrying re-log well over 20 times, between resets.. i can soundly say that both !:hair and !:makeover functions aren't working for me.

• made sure to both log out to the main menu, and to exit the game completely.

• made sure the command is typed in normal bio editor, not conditional examine.

• made sure to type command properly

• made sure that the bio is saved when logging.

• made sure to call new chracters hair/ makeover respectively, with no capital letters, spaces or last names

not sure what else I haven't tried.

Try now. The app has been restarted.
