Whats most annoying here, is that MANY objects like trees, rocks, fences and other terrain elements are passable. You can just go trough them or hide inside. Found at least one on every map I have been. I had one "bug" that only I experienced due to some absence of some files, this can be similar but have'nt checked it yet. Can provide some screens later. Happened before updates where magic dissapers, and still happening.
What is maybe not a bug but a feature, idk, is that enemies can cast spells, while magic should not work. Or should?
Last one, and this is more like question but I dont want to spam forum with 3 separate topics - assasin spellbooks spells (or tricks) counts as magic and relates to Weave as normal magic? I can't use them and I thought that its some other kind and it would or should be possible to use it.
I'm still able to cast cats dexterity and this one with tree-thick skin.
And what happened to PC tools? I can't find it anymore to toggle afk or make a trash firepit.

You can find it in the Menu, at the left bottom. Click on the Neverwinter Nights "eye", then PC Tools!
Magic can still be used: it's Wild Magic, not Dead Magic. That means sometimes you'll fail, sometimes you'll have unforeseen empowerments, sometimes you'll do flashy flash thingies!

I can't comment on the terrain but:
Divine casters using 4th or higher spells will be affected by the Silence of the Gods when their patron god is not nearby, resulting in a spell fail and no actual effect being cast. The visual fired, but reworking mobs and AI to account for a few months of event is nonproductive, so NPCs will waste a round per spell without any actual mechanical effect.
Barkskin is a 3rd or lower divine spell, and Cat's Grace is 2nd level, so neither would be affected by the Silence of the Gods regardless of originating list (They would both still suffer Wild Magic).

Where ## is the Hotbar number you want the button to be in (Hotbar 1 is 1-12, Hotbar 2 is 13-24, etc.)

Assassin spells are normal magic. It was removed from the Right-Click-Menu because DMs had so many options they were crashing.

So actually my spells of second and third level on a ranger and assasin spellbook should be avaible but can give various results? I know how happened in lore and how it worked, but for me I can only do tricks. Anything else is unselectable ;/

I don't know about assassin spellbook in this, but your ranger spellbook also depends on your god. A few gods are currently dead (Mystra, Bane and Torm for example), and thus no spells are available to those divine characters. Assassin spellbook is arcane and should work fine (though affected by wild magic), but I don't know how well that is implemented, given how the assassin's spellbook is a custom feat thing, rather than mechanically actually a spellbook.

The Assassin’s spell book works fine but is subject to ToT arcane spell failure like everything else. So it doesnt work. No acces to any assasin spell, cant select anything while in spellbook under "b" key - which sadly could prevent me from being dead haha. Also, no menu anywhere while rightclicking. I belive last time I had to right click my chaarcter, and there was assasin menu. So its gone

B key does not work for assassin spells, which should all be in your character sheet under feats, each level of spells consisting of a feat each.
