Font Size Option or Allow Changes in fontfamily.xml

I asked about this on Discord and haven't had much luck. I like playing on a high resolution, but the text is very small. Using the DPI commands in Skywing's extension, I was able to make the UI bigger (and I like this) but the font size in chat logs is still too small. If I increase the DPI any further, than the UI gets too big. I did find this old topic on the forums but it unfortunately no longer works. It will change the font size if you're playing a campaign offline and on another PW I tested with but not on BG. I'm assuming this is because more has been added to the BG UI, so any changes made to fontfamily.xml are now overwritten by the server's hak files.

Would it be possible to add a way to change the font size in BG's UI or maybe make it so the server files no longer override fontfamily.xml in the game folder? I'm not sure exactly how hak files work, but I'm guessing this can be done by removing fontfamily.xml from the server side. Thank you for your time.
