Random Death

Not sure if this has been experienced by anyone else, but it's the second time it has happened to me - when adjusting the look of an item using the appearance changer, I die. Odd, but also frustrating as it costs the death XP each time as well.

Were you wearing two items with constitution bonus?

you might have double CON item with you that decreases HP while changing appearance

No, no items with Con bonus, but my Con is blue and looks like it has a +1 or +3 bonus (can't remember base), no buffs active.
