Deadly Defence + Combat Expertise I spams combat log

Deadly defence 1 spams combat log.
#### What you expected to happen
For it to warn me once it doesn't activate deadly defence.
#### What actually happened
Each round, it gave me a warning
#### Steps to reproduce
- (Make a character with Deadly Defence and Combat Expertise
- Enable Combat Expertise I
