It would be part of converting our base classes to Pathfinder base classes. So you can look at how Pathfinder ranger does it (admittedly not every feat there is viable for BG, but it gives a rough idea).

Favored Power Attack

Specifics: When you use the Power Attack or Improved Power Attack feat with a one-handed weapon against a favored enemy, your Power Attack damage bonus is doubled. With a two-handed weapon against a favored enemy, your Power Attack damage bonus is tripled.

Type of feat: Class, Epic
Prerequisite: Ranger 21
Required for: None
Specifics: Any weapon the character wields against any of their favored enemies is treated as a bane weapon for that creature type (+2 to hit and it deals +2d6 damage).
Use: Automatic

Runs full-speed at someone while stealthed, smacks them in the face for a billion damage, refuses to elaborate, leaves.

There is not. It's rather low priority compared to other updates we need to do.

My best guess would be after the PvE rework as what's the point of making and balancing classes before.

Give rangers and sorcerors the Hurricane Bow spell too, while you are dappling in Pathfinder stuffz Might be called Gravity Bow in P&P.
