Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I'm new to the server and I'm not so experienced with NWN2 when it comes to character creation so I need a bit of help with my build. I want to make a rogue/arcane trickster, however I don't know which way to go exactly and how it will perform. So far I came up with this:

It has the abillity to cast 9th lvl spells, +10d6 sneak attack, HIPS and other features. I'm not necessarily looking for the strongest build but a one that will be decent and be able to survive in PVE. What are your opinions?

Your BAB is too low to bother with any two-weapon fighting feats. I strongly recommend a reserve feat like Invisible Needle to proc your sneak attack instead. Now, you'll survive PvE, but you might not be able to solo a lot of content. You will likely be able to sneak past most of creatures out there, but you'll struggle with tanking them. Party up with a fighter, you'll buff the living hell out of them and still be able to dish out decent damage.

Dang, think I've built myself into a similar PTWF corner and Tenser's Transformation is not enough to make up for the AB deficit? Maybe it's too short-lived to be any use unless you raise caster level (sacrificing some sneak attacks) and suffers 20 ab cap and you need more than 45 final AB?

AB is so-so, but totally okay for PvE environment in my view. It gets even much better when you get access to ninja stuff etc, but it works fine even without em.
Tenser's will give 4 minutes (extended) of like 49 AB which is enough to kill everything you struggle with when needed.

Where can I find out info about Arcane Trickster? Please provide a link if you can.
Specifically, I need to know the requirements to begin taking the AT class and what skill if any has replaced the standard Tumble (needs 7 ranks).
Any other custom information on the class would be appreciated, too.

Skills: Acrobatics 7 ranks, Lore: Arcana 7 ranks, Disable Device 7 ranks, Spellcraft 4 ranks

Spellcasting: Ability to cast at least one arcane spell of 3rd level or higher

Special: Sneak Attack +2d6, Death Attack (Assassin's ability) will now qualify for the Arcane Trickster Class
