Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Just like the title says. Apparently when I create a new half-orc character, not only it gives me to choose only between Soubar and Uruk Lurra, but also if I go to Baldur's Gate as Half-Orc, I get NPCs crying "orc orc!!" when in the docks there are clearly half-orcs working there!

Is it intended, or just something weird happened with the races?
