The Diety Thoth and (Greater) Anyspell

Hello!

I just noticed that Anyspell—and its Greater version—is noted to only work for those PCs that worship Mystra "or her vassals."

However, I also noticed that Thoth of the Mulhorandi, who is known as the Lord of Magic, is not on the Wiki as vassal to Mystra (or maybe he isn't?!?).

My point is, shouldn't ANY Cleric PC that has the Magic Domain also be able to cast Anyspell and Greater Anyspell, by default? Am I missing something here? Is it already like this in practice, but the Wiki is just...out-of-date on the subject?

Can it be rectified?

As far as I can tell, any character capable of preparing the spell will be able to cast it. The claim that it's a Mystra/Azuth spell may date back to when those were the only deities with the Spell domain.
