Wanted: Arvoreniad Short Sword - Panlos

The intrepid Hin by name of Panlos, a frequent visitor to the inner market yard of the Friendly Arm Inn, has made recent rounds of traders therein, asking about a named short sword of Arvoreniad, favorite of archers and...rogues.
By and through his queries, it is obvious that he wishes to acquire one, by means of coin or trade...or whatever will suffice.

Having received a few missives related to his desire, Panlos is next seen standing near the Dwarf Merchant within the courtyard, as if anticipating a trade and needing access to his own supply of wares.
