Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

The biggest thing bugging me about playing in the underdark is there is not a working resser. I mean the surface got a major GM event just after all the drow and UD races got forced underground. This event took alot of time and involved changing the world map a few times. Yet the priest in ssamath still has not been addressed.

If the DMs really want to encourage more UD characters how can this remain unfixed?
