Stabilise Portal as 1st level Rune Domain Spell

Suggestion is as noted in title:
Change the 1st level Rune Domain spell from Identify to Stabilize Portal.
Reasoning:
The Rune Domain is currently offered by 6 deities. 5 of these deities also have the Knowledge domain (which also has Identify as the 1st level Domain spell).
The Portal Domain (the only Domain to offer Stabilize Portal) is offered by 2 deities, neither of which offer the Rune domain.
Stabilize Portal is used exclusively in conjunction with Teleportation Circle (the 9th level Domain spell offered by the Portal, Rune, and Travel domains), to perpetuate an existing circle more cheaply than scribing a new one (at a rate of 1,500 per direction, vs the 10,000 per direction setup cost; both spells reinforce a Circle for a week).
This spell makes narrative logic, as you are upkeeping and maintaining an existing set of runes that define a portal.
It also makes mechanical logic, in reducing domain-spell overlap in 5 of the 6 existing gods that have the domain (as 5 domains currently offer Identify at 1st level).

Travel is the other Domain to have Teleportation Circle, but cannot maintain it. It probably makes more sense for Travel to have Transport via Plants at 9th level instead which is more thematic to the spell-list, as they already gain the lower-level Tree-stride.
