1.) Add sneak attack feat line to fighter bonus feat list.
------- Sneak attack 1d6, Sneak attack 2d6 (prequisite Sneak Attack 1d6), Sneak attack 3d6 (prequisite Sneak Attack 2d6), etc... up to Sneak attack 15d6
2.) Remove Rogue's sneak attack progression
3.) Give rogues a fighter bonus feat at every level that they would have gotten a sneak attack (1,3,5,7, etc...)
Now each time a fighter hits a bonus feat level he can take either sneak attack die or a traditional fighter bonus feat.
Each time a rogue hits a sneak attack level they can take either an increase in sneak attack die or a fighter bonus feat.

Honestly, that would open such a big field of for powerbuilding that i hardly can even imagine results achievable by it.
But, being able to choose whether you take bonus feat or 1d6 SA every other level is very strong.
Some Fighter 17/rogue 10/shadowdancer 3 will end up having tons of sneak attack, decent skillpoints AND ~27 BAB.
Rogue 10 for crippling strike so one can get epic precision.
And, funnily enough, it's more about rogue cause with base SA progression of 15d6, they can easily down it to 10d6 and get more useful feats without losing much of overall DMG.
Thus, level 30 rogue will get epic dodge, epic precision, expose weakness, hips, say, 12d6 SA and 3 extra feats on top of extra feats they get.
While fighters lack some distinctive features of other base classes or PrCs, their access to 1 combat feat/2 levels will make this very-very strong quite fast.

Generally speaking, my first instinct would have been to make them kits, but fighter bonus feat progression caused me grief on that front. (Likewise, granting fighter bonus feats would complicate the rogue variant's implementation.)
