\\ considering how regularly the other resistance amulets are dropping - something seems weird

Maybe it’s bugged somehow? Not only have I never seen one, I’ve seen a few threads complaining about the odd lack of a cold amulet since the other elements exist.

(The tables it drops from are both low-tier, and contain over 70 other items each. As a niche low-tier drop, I find it entirely believable that they might not have been looted in a while, or that they were promptly vendored when they finally dropped.)

well there many items we need with cold dmg the Dragon blade Long sword 4 EB 1d6 cold dmg with dragon breath and cold Resist 15 % like the others Dragon blade but this one is not in the loot tabel weapon but their are here but not the cold one and how about a morning star with 1d6 cold dmg. Bolt of Frost dmg and arrow with frost dmg and so on
