Tumble Cooldown
The cooldown triggers even if the game does not let you attempt to tumble, such as because of being encumbered of because of differences in height. Could this be fixed to trigger only if you have actually tumbled?
You are fined one credit for a violation of the Verbal Morality Statute.

Hah, I must be reading the forums in my sleep. I literally decided this morning to do something like that. 
It's not just Tumble, and it's bugged me for a while. Just never got around to doing anything about it. Trying to use a feat when it's on global cooldown shouldn't put it on regular cooldown, any more than it should when it's on regular cooldown.
