Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Recent update announcement mentions virtual runes and manage locations feat, but I'm not seeing that feat anywhere. Is it something only spellcasters get? If so, could it be something we all get instead? Characters who use teleport scrolls via UMD need this too. Or is it somewhere other than the feats list on the character page and I haven't seen it?

Try marking a location to see if you are given the feat at that point.

I've already marked two via scroll prior to posting this and have not been given the feat. That's why I ask. As a low strength rogue I would prefer not to be carrying runes in addition to all my wands and potions and high dc lock opening kit.

The Manage Location feat that is then created in your Character Sheet under Feats can be dragged to the Hotbar for ease of use.
