Question: Creating wands from scrolls

Imagine a wizard is wanting to create a wand using a spell that belongs to druids. If that wizard had high enough spellcraft to both use scrolls and wands from other classes. Would it possible for that wizard to cast a druid spell onto a bone wand to have a wand of that spell (assuming the spell casted was <= lvl 4) ???

Yes. With the craft wand feat and enough UMD you can create wands from scrolls, items and other wands. As long as the spell falls 4th level or lower.

Just to point out, not all spells can be placed on a wand even if they are spell level 4 or lower. Existing wands can also be used to make new wands as long as you have the UMD to use the wand. However, if the wand was created under special circumstances: a domain cleric that gets the spell at lower level (true seeing and lesser mind blank to name a few as they would be over 4), these wands cannot be replicated by those who do not qualify.
