Deep gnome spawns in Neblinstone no matter what

As title. In Nexus Chauntea asks if my deep gnome character would like to go to Mist Lake, Gloura's Wings, or Neblinstone. My character has been to all those places, but no matter what I tell Chauntea I spawn in Neblinstone.
