Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Just hopped back into BG after a while of inactivity and noticed the new combat expertise change. while I do enjoy the ability to tune the ac to how I want I've noticed that as a warlock my ranged touch attacks are now being affected by it while they weren't before. is it just on my end or is this part of the new combat expertise change?

That is part of the change. All attacks are impacted by the -AB, touch attacks included.
